"Hands down the best experience."

Dar Rodgers and her entire team were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication was accurate and timely. Their willingness to go above and beyond was apparent in every step of the process, from personal meetings to set up the contract to professional photos and accurate estimates and listings. They coordinated every detail so that I didn't have to worry about the ins and outs of selling the house. I have sold several homes in the past, and this was hands down the best experience.

We had a great experience selling our house with Dar and her team. During our first meeting she listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. By the end, we had an action plan to get the house ready to sell, including scheduling a contractor to complete some repairs. The house was on the market for 2 weeks after that first meeting, and we had several offers after 3 days on the market. She was very helpful when we met to review the offers. She was patient and educated us during the process and always kept us informed on the status of the sale. We are very pleased with her team performance and professionalism. Very grateful too. I will use their service again and recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.

Dar is crazy good at her job. We've now bought and sold 4 homes with her over the course of 11 years, and I'd never work with anyone else. As a buyer's agent, she takes time to understand how you live and what you need out of the house. She is very honest and objective, and gives a clear-eyed pro/con assessment of any property being considered. Her read of the market is impeccable. I connected with Dar about one year ago after deciding that I wanted to potentially buy in Portland. We met once, and I immediately could tell that not only does Dar have industry expertise and savvy, but is also sharp in negotiating and is also a great read of people. I then went silent (due to living in CA), but then during COVID (nearly 11 months later!) I started perusing her website for listings. She almost immediately reached out, with warmth and friendliness and we started the search process.

Dar is patient, incredibly intelligent, to the point but also really warm, and wow does she negotiate a great deal! When we started searching for a house, Dar showed me a variety of homes, we made offers on three, and ultimately I landed on one that she had eyed as a great investment, but also a beautiful home - one that I am proud of (as of today!) to call mine. She structured all of these offers strategically to creatively save me money and to get the home to a more turnkey state for my move in abilities. She also tirelessly followed up with the City of Portland after the inspection to assure that the sewer was in good and compliant condition. She never ceased to go above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best deal.

This is the first home I've purchased, and because of Dar's local market knowledge, speed to response, and warmth and kindness, I felt confident throughout this whole process, a process that I know can be terrifying without a strong realtor like Dar. Dar also taught me so much about home-buying and walked me through each phase step by step. I'm one to ask many questions, and she always followed up with me, no matter how big or small the question.

I can't recommend a realtor more highly and can't wait until I can purchase another home with Dar!
